Getting Started

The following technical requirements will determine whether the KODEX Platform will work efficiently on your PC or Tablet. Please check the requirements below to make sure your PC or Tablet is compatible with our system.

KODEX APP:

Desktop Requirements

These requirements are for running the KODEX Application on your computer.

MINIMUM SPECS:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-6300U
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
RAM: 6GB
OS: Windows 10 (Enterprise LTSC is preferred for permanent installations)
Monitor: Microsoft Windows compliant touch screen
Resolution: 1920×1080 (16:9 landscape or portrait)
Storage: HDD with 50GB free hard drive space

RECOMMENDED SPECS:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB VRAM
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 (Enterprise LTSC is preferred for permanent installations)
Monitor: Microsoft Windows compliant touch screen
Resolution: 1920×1080 (16:9 landscape or portrait)
Storage: SSD with 100GB free hard drive space

To find your Computer specs, go to the Windows Start Menu and click on Settings. You'll then click on “System”, and then “About”.

KODEX APP:

Surface Tablet Requirements

These requirements are for running the KODEX Application on your Microsoft Surface Tablet.

MINIMUM SPECS:

Microsoft Surface Pro 4
CPU: Intel Core i5
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
RAM: 8GB
Screen: 12.3-inch, 2736×1824 PixelSense display
Storage: 256GB SSD
OS: Windows 10

RECOMMENDED SPECS:

Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (or newer)

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
RAM: 16GB
Screen: 12.3-inch, 2736×1824 PixelSense display

These browser requirements are for creating and editing content on the KODEX CMS.

If your preferred browser is not listed below, we suggest that you download one of our recommendations to avoid performance issues.
